		<description>T.J. I've been reading your posts since the beginning. I very much appreciate hearing your perspectives. I had to laugh at these photos in particular. I have a 21 year old son out on job interviews. The guy he interviewed with on Monday told him to get a dark suit, white shirt and a 'power tie' for his second interview on Wednesday. He looked just like you (and how they wanted him to look) in the corporate world. Like you said...the look may have changed but he's still the same smart, skillful guy on the inside.</description>
